The Fédération Française de la Couture, du Prêt-à-Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode (French Federation of Couture, Ready-to-Wear Fashion Designers, and Fashion Creators) was established in 1973.
Under the leadership of Ralph Toledano, who serves as the President of PUIG Fashion Division and is elected by the member houses, the Fédération acts as the governing body for the various Chambres Syndicales. The day-to-day operations are overseen by Stéphane Wargnier, the Executive President, responsible for implementing the policies decided by the Executive Committee. Previously, Didier Grumbach served as the President from 1998 to 2004 and now holds the esteemed position of Honorary President
